Attorney Terese Paletta has tried over 100 cases both as a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney. Her advocacy skills were sought after when she was asked to serve as a special prosecuting attorney on select capital offenses in the 8th Circuit.
Additionally, she has argued both in front of the Michigan Court of Appeals and has participated in the preparation of cases before the Michigan and United States Supreme Courts.

Kevin’s outstanding litigation skills were recognized early when he and another law student finished 1st in the Texas Young Lawyers Association Trial Competition in Lansing, Michigan.
